We are growing and seeking a Business Development Representative who will be responsible for lead generation and building a strong pipeline for our sales team. This is an opportunity to join a booming tech start-up that is experiencing tremendous growth!
Outreach for lead gen using: email, LinkedIn & cold calling
Think creatively and conduct market research to identify new outreach opportunities
Research the correct people to reach out to, understand their needs and tailor a custom approach that will educate them on the relevant solutions our product can provide
Collaborate with Account Executives to optimize outreach, identify trends & focus
Collaborate with other Business Development Representatives to assure no overlap is taking place and outreach is as efficient and effective as possible
Responsible for meeting and exceeding BDR metrics/goals
Self-starter who wants to win, has high-energy and can work well in a fast paced environment
Motivated to learn more about Sales and lead management
