Wibbitz just won two more Comparably Awards based on our amazing employee reviews – Happiest Employees (3rd highest ranking in NYC), and Best Company Compensation (2nd highest in NYC). That brings our award count total to 5 – and it’s not even the end of the year yet!
The Wibbitz family culture is a pretty big deal for us – it’s at the heart of everything we do, and has been a major contributor to every ounce of growth we’ve seen as a company over the last 5 years (and we’ve seen a whole lot of it!). So it’s always great to get recognition outside the company, for something that employees walking into our four offices get to experience every day.
“This set of Comparably Awards focuses on companies that most reward their employees. These employers stand out as the best of the best providing amazing benefits and great work-life balance to foster some of the happiest employees in the United States.”

I feel that I am constantly learning from everyone at Wibbitz. Everyone is extremely intelligent and talented, and it’s amazing to work with all the different teams on a daily basis.
Extremely talented and friendly coworkers, inspiring yet approachable management, working with an amazing product.
I am trusted to get my work done and not micromanaged. Everyone is always willing to help out and there is always room for a new project/ opportunity for collaboration.
We’re a fast-paced family that motivates and supports each other every day.
Of course, transparency is key – so here are some Cons from our Glassdoor page:
I wish I joined Wibbitz earlier!
Wibbitz is constantly evolving, so this may not be the place for people who need considerable guidance or are uncomfortable with trying new things.
Like any startup, things are constantly changing at any given moment. You just gotta be willing to keep up with the fast pace and go with the flow when things are changing. Definitely not a real con though, the company is seriously amazing.
No cons, so far so good!
We’re so proud of the amazing company and culture that we’ve built together, and are so excited to see what we’ll be able to accomplish in the future. Interested in joining us? Check out our job openings in New York, Tel Aviv, Paris and London!
