Head of Product - Tel Aviv Office

Looking for our first Product Manager to lead the globally expanding product development, focusing on planning features and functionalities with great UX that drives user adoption

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Lead full cycle of product development- including research, concept development, writing specs, drawing wireframes, problem solving and final execution
  • Prioritize tasks according to short term and long term goals
  • Oversee implementation by the engineering groups through launch
  • Measure and analyze users engagement data
  • Identify Market trends and be aligned with competition landscape and their influence on the product

Marketing Director - New York Office

We're looking for a Director of Marketing to join our New-York office

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the company
  • Work with sales team to test and optimize email marketing campaigns
  • Work with creative team to create outbound marketing material
  • Build and maintain a community and promote Wibbitz videos on social networks and other channels
  • Create marketing content including guests posts and contributed content
  • Research trade show and events sectors to develop target B2B prospect list for Sales team
  • Seek potential event sponsorship opportunities, plan and execute events and trade shows attendance from start to finish
  • Attend media and tech meetups, conferences and meetings
  • Ability to conduct demos and answer client questions as part of sales process

Position Requirements:

  • Up to 3 years professional work experience; in B2B Sales, Marketing or Business Development related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree with focus in Communications, Business, Marketing, or another related degree is preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills in written and verbal format
  • Previous experience with either Sales CRMs and/or Direct Marketing
  • Self-starter with boundless energy and enthusiasm
  • Experience or knowledge in the online publishing or video industry is a big plus

Sales Director - New York Office

Wibbitz is Hiring a Director of Sales for its New-York office!

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Gain an understanding of video, digital technology and revenue ecosystem and be able to explain product benefits within this context
  • Sell multiple products to clients by finding the right stakeholders for each product, without digressing from a coherent product message and overall strategy
  • Manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked
  • Independently build a large pipeline of leads, pursue them and close deals
  • Identify and form partnership deals with strategic partners
  • Manage presentations, build relationships and negotiate contracts

Position Requirements:

  • Proven communication, presentation, phone etiquette and general sales skills
  • Knowledge of online advertising models and ecosystem preferably in the video space
  • A minimum of two years of experience in structuring and negotiating deals with digital publishers or deals where an online component and revenue are central
  • Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports
  • Technology-savvy and able to quickly learn what is needed to support the campaigns successful implementation and optimization
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment
